  2. take 1tbs sesame or sunflower oil

  3. put it in your mouth and

  4. slowly swish, suck and pull through the teeth

  5. do this for about 10 minutes

  6. the oil should became a thin, white foam

  7. when finally spitted out

  8. spit out in the toilet, rinse your mouth well

  9. follow and drink 2-3 glasses of water

DO NOT swallow the oil (it is loaded with toxins)!
DO NOT gargle in the throat!
